Hi All
Just joined the forum and in need of some help.
I've just acquired a faulty YDP-223 which i believe is identical to the CLP-120.
The fault is no sound through the speakers or headphone sockets.
There is however sound through the auxiliary output jack albeit at a fairly low level with a earpiece type headset plugged in.

There was some damage to the jack sockets and phono sockets on the MAJ board as though at same stage its been dropped but the board itself looks fine.

Ive managed to get a CLP-120 service manual and im working through the circuit diagram.
The first puzzle is the aux out that works and Headphone socket that doesnt effectively share the same signal as far as i can see.

I'm also wondering about the speaker mute relays but I can hear a click a couple of seconds after switching on.

I guess I will just have to work through the circuit diagram and see what I can find but just thought I would try on here and see if anybody had any ideas or there were some experts around?

Cheers
Stuart

Yes, we have and are experts, but on acoustic pianos. I understood everything in your post except the nouns (joke). Is there a forum better suited to your device -- digital pianos, maybe?
