This custom search works much better than the built in one and allows searching older posts.

i think i'm going to make a movie... a recording without a hat. seems the thing to do... for the people who are so embarrassed by baldness and for all the kids who have to suffer thru cancer. over the last month, i've seen about 100 bald people (from chemo) and they walk around as if they have some disease and they hide their heads.. it's kind sad. i've been venturing into public wearing a scarf laterally .. kind of like hell's angels' dude. After the initial shock of seeing a bald head, people are VERY cool.. Bald guys give my high fives or smile in appreciation. stay tuned

I would like to say my head was shaved in support, but it was a Barber error. I said "number Two", somehow it was interpretted differently. Then they tried to fix it by cutting more. Hence, baldness. I need to polish up on my Vietnamese, if I am to go back there.  I thought my wife would have a cow, but she kind of liked it. Who would've thunk? Hang in there!

finally, finally, finally.. the fight for now is over. i had my last chemo a couple days ago and will do the maintenance drug thing.
after a pretty major surgery, 2 sets of chemo, radiation (and the brain scare) it's on to life as normal. it's been a roller coaster ride fur sure.
must have been all your prayers, wishes and good thoughts.

That's great news, Apple. Stay positive and enjoy growing your hair.
Last year this time, I was driving my mother to Savannah 5 days a week for Chemo. There was no sign of cancer in her CT scan 3 months ago. We go to Savannah to see doctors tomorrow. She gets her hair cut Saturday. Today is her 84th birthday. You're going to be around for much longer.
