Can anyone recommend a good version of the sheet music for this piece? Something that has fingering and other helpful notes indicated? Thanks a ton guys :-)

I do not think there is a universal fingering serving everyone. In this piece there are wast stretches, jumps, tricky, cadenzas etc. and you should chosse your owm fingeríng which seems logic and works for you.

I have fingered this piece for myself so it was not too uncumfortable to play and that included some shifts of notes from LH to RH and vice versa. This was more than one year ago and Liebestraum 3 is not on my current repertoir.

Should someone need help on a particular spot then I would gladly share my ideas.

"Le tout c'est de savoir bien doigter" (Chopin)

When you work on the fingering you will get very well aquainted with the score at the same time. This is not a piece you play 'prima vista' if you are not a a very experienced pianist.
