I was wondering if there was, by any chance, a single person version of this duet. I'm just getting into Brahms and I found this awesome piece, but having it be a duet isn't exactly the most convenient thing in the world. Thanks.

Yes, Schirmer's has "Brahms Complete Works for Piano Solo" -- it's in three volumes and volume III has the 2nd Hungarian Dance.

Brahms originally wrote those for 4-hand, but later transcribed 10 (no.1-10) into solo version. therefore, you should be able to find its solo version by Brahms.
