His Op.10 No.4 sounded pretty good to me; thought the Waltz was dreadful, though. His Rachmaninoff is hardly terrible, either.

Not the greatest pianist in the world, but hardly bad as far as I can tell. [/b]
I LOVE his justification for doctoring all his performances

Ah. Didn't read his "philosophy". I now agree with Valarking. \:D

Ah. Now I read the philosophy stuff... Like this:

"To produce his music, Kevin performs it on a keyboard with a MIDI interface at no less than 60% full tempo, usually closer to 70% or 80%. This explains why Kevin's performances, although aided by minimal editing in tempo and velocity (dynamics), still sound "human". Once Kevin records a MIDI file, very little editing is required to bring out all the musical aspects that he wants to hear."

umm... lame guy, indeed \:D

But that's not the same thing as performing Ravels left-hand concerto with 2 hands, IMHO.

I think it is. both ways are "cheating".
I'm different from a lot in that I don't believe I have accomplished something if I had to cheat or rely on a crutch to achieve it.
If you want to, by all means, go ahead.
