Hey Mat

I discovered him recently myself, on the mp3 website. Here's a link to a lot of downloadable material. I especially like his arrangement of Schumann's Widmung!

Sergio Fiorentino

Has anyone else discovered the artists.mp3s.com website? There are sooo many classical downloads out there. Mainly amateurs, so you never know what kind of quality you'll get, but some are very good!

wghornsby, Oh yes, I've heard them all! I absolutely fell in love with his "BACH: Chorale from Cantata No. 147---sublime! Not to mention many more treasures. The recording quality is "mixed" (to say the least), but the performances are wonderful, what a treasure.

Schumann's Widmung is the best performance of this piece I've heard; he really takes his time "singing" the melody---no rush, very calm and loving, as the lyrics would dictate.

to Bach Chorale fr. Cantata # 147----this page

Just downloaded it and went: OH, that's "Jesu"! (I didn't recognize it from the other title.) You're right, this is another beautiful transcription.
