There are several instances where the Debussy title has been translated - and printed! - in English.

I should of course have written that no-one with any sense ever says/writes... Many of those links display a good deal of inconsistency: e.g. The Maid with the Flaxen Hair is directly followed by Clair de lune, which naturally could have been translated as 'Moonlight' if the editor had in fact decided on a policy and attempted to stick to it. That entire third reference is such a mish-mash of English and French titles[1], I'd hardly cite it as an example of common or good practice :rolleyes: . But thanks for your kind research smile .
