Hello!
I have a CD with Giuseppe Andaloro playing the 4 Mephisto Walzes, 2 Elegies and the "Great Concert Solo from Liszt"
Do you know this piece? I cant imagine that someone can play it because there are difficult parts that are played only by the right hand but it sounds like 2 hands! I coudn't find it in youtube and i coudnt find the sheet. Does somebody of you have it on cd or the sheet music of it because it sounds just like a recording where he recorded each bar seperatet .. \:\)

The name of the piece in its original language is Grosses Konzertsolo. Leslie Howard is very fond of this work, and I find it to be quite attractive myself. Here's several recordings of it:

I don't think the recording that you're talking about was recorded bar by bar. Some pianists just seem to be able to play anything!

Try classicalarchives.com
You can download MP3 and Midi versions. If your piano is equipped with QRS Ancho, you can play the midi files directly from your computer.
