This custom search works much better than the built in one and allows searching older posts.

It was performed by my friend Bernie Katz on my piano a couple of years ago.

Hi Mat, I just played it and it's wonderful. What a lovely arrangement of a fine melody. The BB sounds divine. I'm so touched. What a musical day. My morning began with Debussy. My son drove me down the Pacific coast to dinner with the Beatles' 'Birthday,' blasting out the speakers and it's beautifully rounded out by Irving Berlin. A RED LETTER day!  Any way I can share this wonderful recording with you all? Post it somewhere? It's an mp3 file. Joy

Thanks, Joy and Frank. Looking forward to hearing it. That was one of the early songs I learned on the accordian back in my precocious Lawrence Welk days and I've always loved it. Someday, I'll complete that polka arrangement of Fur Elise....
