OP Tim L Junior Member Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 8 California Baby!!	hey if anyone can help me out with this one is would be very grateful. I want to start a jazz band or a rock band. I like the jazz sound and everything it stands for but on the other hand I love the rock licks, the power chords and the rytheme. I like the fact that a jazz song can move a person in many different ways and put people in different moods example when you hear jazz in a coffee house it puts you in a relaxed state. on the other hand rock sticks it to the man and makes want to jump around and just lose yourself to the rythemes of the song. so im stuck between a rock and a hard place. no i know most the people here are bent on jazz and classical music no room for the rock and roll so if you have an OPEN mind please give me your in put not just why you hate rock so much.
