Its Rach Prelude op.32 #1, only recently learnt it, but for Rach it's surprisingly nice on the fingers.

I love playing Faure's Barcarolle no 1. It's simply magical, and it's a big favourite with my friends too. And Pagodas from Estampes too, love the Orientalism, and it's a hit among my friends too.

I just got the music to that one(Faure) and hopefully I'll have the time to finish my current work asap so I can get started on it.

The Barcarolle is pretty quick and easy to learn for me to learn. I actually managed to get the notes down surprisingly in one week few months last year. Anyway, if you are feeling more gutsy, I recommend Barcarolle no 2, which I think is more beautiful and much larger in scale than the 1st. I just performed Faure's Nocturne no 1 and no 4 last Sunday, and no 4 is another of my favourite to play.

Chopin Nocturne in Bb minor, Op. 9, No. 1 is my current favorite. Maple Leaf Rag is a lot of fun, too.

Beethoven Op.28
Debussy Pour le piano

Also, Beethoven Op.109 and Op.110 but I've only learned the first movements for now.

I've always liked the Capriccio from Bach's Partita No. 2 in C minor. Makes me happy every time I hear it or (try to) play it. It's no longer up to "recital standards" \:\(

Thanks. \:\)

Yes, Op.28 has long been a favorite of mine, I find it's also much harder than it looks - especially the second movement.

The Rhapsody In Blue and the Chopin Ab Polonaise always give me a kick to play, even after many years. One or two of my own earlier pieces have stood the test of time in this regard too.

Oh, I will add Chopin's Ballade no. 1 op. 23 to my list of favorite pieces to play (the other was his Polonaise in A-flat major, op. 53).
