It's a Schubert Impromptu, uh D899? I think.
I love his neck, it makes him look like a woodpecker! And he is dressed up like a sailor, I find the video quite amusing (the playing is fantastic though)

His playing is a lot crisper in this recording than the one I have in the Senlis boxset. (perhaps that is the recording quality to blame not the playing?)

Given the year (1934), the quality of the film is astonishing! Remember, the first sound movie was in 1929, Al Jolson in The Jazz Singer.
