From wikipedia about Beethoven's piano concerto no.4: This concerto is one of the most popular among pianists, evidenced by the many cadenzas written for it by various pianists and composers throughout history; these include Clara Schumann, Feruccio Busoni, Hans von Bülow, Ignaz Moscheles, Camille Saint-Saens, Anton Rubinstein, Nikolai Medtner, Eugèn d'Albert, Leopold Godowsky, and Samuel Feinberg, to name but a few. I've spent some time trying to find these cadenzas, but so far I have only located the one by Clara Schumann. Also found cadenzas by Brahms, Dohnanyi and of course LvB himself. Does anyone know about the other names in the list if their cadenzas have been published, or if they can be heard in any recordings? I'd like to get my hands on as many as possible of those, for research purposes. Any tips on where to find them are appreciated.

I have the scores for the Moscheles, Kempff, Godowsky, d'Albert, Rubinstein, Saint-Saens, Busoni, Medtner, Michnowsky, Nikolaiev, Feinberg, Dohnanyi, Clara Schumann, Bülow, Bruell, Delaborde, Schwartz, Sorokin, Reinecke, and Brahms.
I'll upload them for you.
