I'm ripping my hair out!! Such a simple thing but I can't figure out how to get Finale to do it...

How do you get Finale (in playback) to change tempo? Let's say your piece starts with a half-note = 76. Later on, it changes to half-note = 116, then back to 76, etc. Later on it's a quarter-note = 126.

I can't figure out the freaking user guide!

Go to the dynamic tool, and go to create. Type in teh Text you want, then click the tab playback, and set the tempo you want. Then put it in teh peice where you want the tempo to change.

oh, when you are at the playback tab, clic kthe drop down and select tempo and what note value you want.
