I had a shot at the search option, as I thought this would be a decently covered topic, but I couldn't find any recent posts on this topic.

I'm a full time student and don't really have the time to see my piano teacher anymore. I would say I am intermediate (I mostly play Chopin, Beethoven, Rachmaninov, and some Liszt here and there), and I would really like to improve my technique.

Are there any decent books that would be able to help me? I did a search on Amazon, and without flicking through each cover, it is difficult to tell which books are useful. I was thinking more along the lines of technical books, but if there are some decent exercise books (I have heard things about Hanon?) that would be appreciated too!

"Technique for the Advancing Pianist" by Cisler and Hinson is a pretty good all around book. It has sections on scales, arpeggios, intervals, chords, finger independence, and not too difficult etudes by Liszt, Moszkowski, Hanon, etc.
