April,
This set was originally published in 1963. It has been out of print for quite a while. You might try looking into another set:
J.S. Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier: In-Depth Analysis and Interpretation, Vols.I-III Author: Siglind Bruhn
This set currently is also out of print. Since it, however, was first released in 1993 you might have a better chance in locating them, either new or used. you might try the Dutch, Brittish Amazon sites...
I don't own either of them. I have the score with my teacher's analysis of every measure and every phrase of all the 48. Yes, the score of the entire set of 48 is full of pencil marks. They're priceless to me...
Oh well, wish you luck in your search.

Hi Andrew, Thanks for the info. I decided to try to order the first volume of the set. The catalog I have is from 2001, so hopefully the books are still available. I placed the order yesterday, so we'll see what happens (I work in a music store, so I'll know what the status is as soon as the shipment arrives). I'll be curious to see Iliffe's analysis! Thanks, April P.S. How lucky you are to have your teacher's analysis! [ February 06, 2002: Message edited by: April ]
