Well because of the time difference, I've just had breakfast.
Seriously though, I don't like to see these things degenerate into personal abuse. I just thought Bruce was wondering what on earth you were saying, and trying to keep the thread on track. You both have very different styles, but I think there's room for both here. Just my take \:\)

Making the statement "Out to lunch" is not being respectful to me at all. End of story. I can rude too. Shall we move on and be mature here? Out the sandbox?
