Chailly - Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra
Giulini - Chicago Symphony Orchestra
Previn - Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra
Szell - Cleveland Orchestra
von Karajan - Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra

....are the ones I own. If I had to pick a favourite it would be the Previn. Those Vienna woodwind/brass sound as great as ever, and of course those strings...

EDIT: A while back I was browsing in a discount store and picked up Ashkenazy's disc of him playing the piano version, and then conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra in the Ravel orchestration, which is quite interesting too.

My absolute favorite is Solti with the Chicago Symphony. The brass are *astounding* on this recording...the Great Gate finale is just spine-tingling. I've never heard such balanced, sonorous, controlled loud brass playing anywhere else. And of course, the rest of the CSO sounds superb as usual.
