Heh...

I think it's about time you saw me playing the piano. I don't have anything solo uploaded (yet), but I put in youtube a lovely little suite from Kachaturian. smile

Any comments are most welcome, although I stoped playing the piano 3 1/2 years ago, since I moved to London to study composition. frown I hope to pick it up again...

smile Awesome! I really enjoyed listening to the piece.

After you were done though, and you guys are walking off... you kind of put your arms on your wife, and you look like you're about to very sweetly walk off together...

And then you sort of squish around her and run off stage, leaving her behind! wink Were you trying to make a quick escape? wink

(Sorry, hope it's not offensive to ask - but it did make me giggle a little when I watched it!)

Anyway, I loved the playing - thanks for posting it smile

Thank you for watching and posting! smile

saerra: I left, cause in the concert there was 3 of us, the 3rd being behind the scene and that piece was the last, so had to go and "fetch her" so we could all bow. I know it seems a tad ridiclous now! (and imagine she is my wife now! I left her cold blooded in front of audience! laugh laugh haha!)

I do hope that when we get back to Greece ( in a year or so, where we have 2 pianos in our house ) we will attempt to start concerting again... Maybe in a more consise manner and more mature.

Where did you get the printed score?? Or did you make your own arrangement? I finally got the full ballet on CD after YEARS of looking.

I needed the score to Masquerade but had to get a Japanese edition which I understand they reprinted just for me. Needed the Galop...

My Russian master teacher went to school with Khatchaturian - they even looked alike...

I got it from my teacher, back in Greece, who used to live in Russia, and studied there. It is some kind of arrangement, but no idea by who or what, or when... Sorry that I can't help ay further.

That was great. Loved your performance. How wonderful that you and your wife share in your love of the piano. I predict a very very long and happy marriage for the two of you. Gaby Tu

Thank you all for watching. smile
gabytu: It is great indeed! My wife has a say to all my musical doings, which can be both good and bad! laugh But mainly good! We have been married for a bit more than 4 years now and life has been a bit rough, but also a happy one. smile (why do I keep bringing up my life's story in every post in here?)

Anyways, thank you all for watching and enjoying it (as much as possible).
