cdngoose -

Please don't take this too personally. I think the others were referring to a poster who made it very clear how huge a fan of Glenn Gould she was. After a bit of a brouhaha in another thread, she stopped posting (maybe is lurking, but who knows if that's the case).

So please don't stop visiting or posting due to the reactions in this thread.

Agreed... this wasn't a slam against you in anyway. Sorry for the confusion.

I agree with the others. You were a little late because of that brouhaha. Please don't take it personally. Thats how the brouhaha got started before. We always welcome new members. Hope to see you again.

I was actually thinking that we should simply redirect all flame wars to that thread. Seeing how wonderful it was, I'd hate to see it just fade away into the forum archives. I can just see the captions:

CHOPIN SUX MEET ME HERE AND I'LL CLEAN THE FLOOR WITH YOUR FACE!!!!!!111

There should be a law against trying to drink orange juice or other similar liquids when reading funny threads. Now I have to clean off my monitor.

Thanks for the morning funnies. \:D \:D \:D
