hi, next year i am supposed to repeat(by singing) intervals and repeat melodic fragments for my entrance examination.but i never sing and i can't sing!so here's my question: how do i train this?

If you have a little money I suggest you get a teacher, but if you already have one (maybe in your academic institution?) then he/she should be able to teach you this stuff, or at least point you in the right direction.

We all have our weaknesses. I too cannot sing that well either. It doesn't bother me too much...but then I'm not the one taking the entrance exam. Maybe you could talk to one of the examiners or another student who has been involved with the exam?

Get used to using your throat - try singing as often as you can.

Good luck with it anyway!

Another approach you may want to take is to join a choir. I too thought I couldn't sing but while I was in university I took a choir course and found it be a very rewarding experience. You don't feel so conspicuous when you sing with a large group of people and you get used to using your voice in that way. I even had someone compliment me once when the choir mixed the voices all around! Not bad for someone who thought he couldn't sing.
