Hi All,

Hope everyone here is doing well. I was wondering if someone on here could tell me if Brahms's "Waltz in A flat major" has a proper name, as I'm having trouble finding sheet music for it. I know sometimes the public gives a sonata a title, but it's real title might just be a number, etc.

One other question about this title. Are all the notes basically the same for the 3/4 version? I believe the 3/4 (sweeter?) is the version I'm looking for.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you,

and Thanks,

Freddie

Hi Freddie,

There's a waltz in A-flat major that is part of the Opus 39 set of waltzes. It's no. 15. Could this be what you're looking for?

Hi Macduff,

Thanks a bunch!!! I'll have to learn this piece one hand at a time, without a doubt. It looks like it's tricky to play.

Happy New Year,

Freddie
