Another People United Question

My score of Rzewski's People United Variations finally came yesterday. (Needless to say I was very excited!) Until now, I've been using a score that I downloaded online. The thing that confuses me is that they appear to be the same edition, but they conflict each other. Here's my problem: On the third measure, the clef changes, but in each score the clef is different. In one it changes to the bass clef. In the other, it changes to the treble clef. I'm confused by the first one because it's already in the bass clef and unless it's just there as a courtesy, I don't know why it changes to the clef it's already in. So can someone tell me which is the correct way? And if anyone has a theory on why the editions conflict even though they are apparently the same, that would be great too! Thanks! [IMG] [/IMG]

In context, I think a treble clef is the correct reading. An F to E# leap (in the bass clef version) makes little sense. The redundancy of the second bass clef (that you pointed out) seems to support this.
Goes to show you how difficult proofreading has always been.

Thank you. I have the Zen-On edition, and the one I downloaded is also zen-on, that's why I'm confused about the conflict. I almost agree on the treble clef except in the third beat of the last measure, I don't think it those should be "F"s, I think they should be "A"s, in which case, it should be a bass clef.
