Do I play the circled C and F in the bass cleft as C# and F# (respectively) or D and E? thx in advance

As it's written, C# and F# in the bass clef. Accidentals only apply to one octave, so you play the treble clef Fx as Fx, and you play the bass clef F# as F#.

(I know I sound like a broken record by now, but you don't play Fx as G. You play it as Fx. Otherwise it would be just as silly as playing F# as Gb, or B as Cb.... they're all different notes.)

Well, technically speaking, that wouldn't be D and G, it would be Cx and Fx.

In either case, it's still played as C# and F#.

1) C-double sharp in the right gand, C# in the left hand.

2) F-double sharp in the right hand, F# in the left hand.
