Hey, i just realised that its really hard to tell whether or not the people posting all of these messages on this forum are male or female. Some of them are really obvious (like me!) but some are very ambiguous. I though we could do a new pole to see whether there are more boys or girls on this forum.
I guess i'll start - Female.
Anyone want to go next?

Well, six posts later and we only know the sex of two people - and before anyone else gets confused (as we (actually me) apparently do) thats sex as in gender - not the other kind!

Yes - but you have now shared with the world that you are a man, so you dont have to worry about getting unwanted messages.
That was the other reason i set up this thread - to avoid these situations. Not just because i wanted to know who was male - ok, in fairness, - that was probably the major contributing factor.

To be fair we are. It is still male/female orientated. And i'm glad you find humour in my humiliation Sam - at least something good came of it. Hey Richard! If you're in Durham you're not that far away from me!!! I'm in a little village called Greenside about 5 miles out of Newcastle. I know thats still about, what 30 minutes drive away - but its still alot closer than America!!

The Coffee Room was another forum on PW in which members could discuss topics not related to pianos or music (which would appear on the relevant piano- or music-related forum).
While there were some good discussions related to pretty much any topic you could imagine, there was also derision, prejudice, adult-themed, and other controversial topics. A few months ago, Frank pulled the plug on the Coffee Room. As a result, there are now several, non-PW affilated offshoots.

I just joined the piano log place.... I have a daily average of 205 at the moment... I have a feeling it will rise if my parents nag... atleast I'll have a thing to look forward to on the practice logs when I practice.

Okay, my third post here. I'm still female, but just wanted to say that I'm white. Why do I find this so important? Because people in America tends to think that there's only coloured and black people in South Africa.
