My concentration is on low level, so i need many breaks...

First i do scales and etudes, 1 hour.

After that, i do 10 minute break after every 30 minutes (i practice 4-5 hours daily)

Can this in any way effect my progress? Should i just force myself to 1 hour?

In my opinion breaks are a very good idea. They give your mind a few minutes of rest in which it can organize all the new information you've been feeding it, and it can help some of that new information to "soak in" if you will.

Don't get carried away with them, or you'll end up not practicing at all :p !

I would definitely recommend taking a break every 30-45 minutes if you plan to practice for a 4-5 hr. block. Focus exclusively on your practice for that period and then rest. Also try breaking up your practice throughout the day if you're getting tired out. I find I make considerably faster, less stressful progress with this method.

Since even the biggest piano works are rarely longer than about 45 min.(there are exceptions), I don't see much point in forcing 1 hr. nonstop out of yourself. That is, unless you are putting together a performance of Opus Clavicembalisticum . Of course, building endurance is a good thing, so trying to up your time between breaks as you progress might still be useful to you. But still take your breaks!

I do the scales/technical exercises/etudes in the morning and work on pieces in progress during late afternoon. I keep repertoire pieces up to par with another 30-45 min before bedtime. Exactly how much time I get in depends upon how busy I am with other things.
