Has anyone got tips for studying this piece? I do not have a met value for it. Just says Brioso.

I played it in high school--can be a very beautiful piece if you avoid playing it like Piers Lane. Listen to Richter's recording of it with the 6th Sonata--very elegant.
The main challenge is to consistently voice to the appropriate register. Depending on your tempo (I think Scriabin's marking was actually 72 to the halft note, though this is a little faster than most people play it), some of the leaps may be tricky too, though in general it's technically not very hard.
