I found out this week that my parents will let me take organ lessons!

On question (this might be in the wrong forum...):
Is there anything I need to know (scales, chords, manditory works....

Organ.. hmm interesting. Congratulations \:D !

Congratulations and good luck \:D !

I've played on an organ once, and I can tell you that the keys feel very heavy compared with the piano, you have to push harder, I got the feeling.

And if you're going to learn the organ you ofcourse need to learn the foot pedal (right?) and the use of different registers, or how do you call them..? And there are usually 2-3 keyboards, so you have to switch from one to the other very quick to create different effect etc. etc.

Good luck learning the organ \:D !

Thanks lol_n,

I took a 1 week organ class so I know the basics, after having that week long class on the king of instruments I made me consider taking a break from piano to play organ *shock from piano god* Ouch.
