Another vote for Richter. He's got the passion for this piece and the technique to keep it all from becoming a big, muddy mess.

I could upload the versions by Stephen Hough and Alfred Brendel if you want.
I'm not saying they're the best: those are just the only recordings of this piece that I own.
[Edit] Forget that, I was thinking of Schumann's Fantasy in C.

With Richter and Rubinstein in your hands you probably don't need more. Maybe Pollini and Kissin.

I have Brendel, Pollini, Richter and Kempff.
Go only for Kempff and Richter. Their versions are the best.
