Are you just looking for colleges in Australia?

i'm still only 16, so not exactly looking for colleges at the moment, VCASS is a secondary school designed to make fantastic musicians pretty much

Go to a good high school in Melbourne that has a great music program (E.g. Melbourne Grammar, Xavier College, Melbourne High School, or the sort). These schools are usually quite expensive, but you can try to get a musical scholarship, which may be less competitive than VCASC.
Otherwise, finish your VCE at a regular high school and just audition at a conservatory when you graduate (VCA or University of Melbourne). Most classical musicians I know did this.
