I posted this in the non-classical corner as well but those forums are dead, and I guess this counts as classical.

The Masque, 4th movement of Bernstein's The Age of Anxiety, Symphony No. 2, is probably my favorite bit of music ever.

I'm working on learning parts of it actually.

But, I'm wondering what other artists have produced similar piano music. You know, jazzy yet classical at times, dissonant occasionally, fast and technical, syncopated, and maybe in odd meter now and then.

Any recommendations?

Thanks a lot.
