I have the Chitose Okashiro recording, and though this isn't a bad recording, I'm sure there are better.
I too would like to know another suggestion.

There's not very many complete recordings of the etudes around (I can see 3 on amazon). When I was looking for one a few years ago, I could only find Alexander Paley's recording for Naxos, which is okay, but not great. Still, it's probably one of my most frequently played records, I just love these etudes so much!
Unfortunately, the pianists mentioned by Thracozaag have only recorded excerpts. I guess there's a niche here for any aspiring supervirtuosos out there. Instead of making the little needed 834th recording of Chopin's or Liszt's etudes, make the one definite recording of the complete Scriabin etudes!

Amongst modern recordings, Elena Kuschernova isn't too bad, and so is Chitose Okashiro. I prefer the recorded sound of Okashiro's piano however...Kuschernova's recorded tone strikes me as being a little hard.
I'd still stick with Sofronitzky, Horowitz and Richter for the individual etudes however.

Don't feel you need to purchase a "complete" recording of these works. I have yet to hear a complete recording of the Scriabin Etudes to satisfy me. As a couple members have already suggested, I highly recommend the selections recorded by Sofronitsky (in my opinion, the greatest Scriabin interpreter there ever was and ever will be) and Richter. Those two Scriabin exponents understood Scriabin's music completely.
These recordings are easily available online from all the usual sources...if you don't mind getting them secondhand. Unfortunately, they tend to be expensive. I collected my rare Sofronitsky and Richter Scriabin recordings by purchasing them online and by finding them at huge secondhand CD emporiums like Amoeba. The hunt is part of the fun.
Although there are a lot of YouTube bashers at Piano World, you can also hear some of these exact-same recorded selections for free at YouTube.
