I was wondering- does anyone have any ideas for a larger form from the classical period which would be less than 15 minutes long but still being representative of the composer's greater genius?

I was actually thinking of trying to place this within a 30-35 minutes program. It would open with this piece (or a very short introductory work before the piece, making this piece even shorter.) Then, I'm imagining Brahms Op. 119 (~13 minutes) and further imagining Liszt's Mazeppa as the finale (~7).

I would do this in about a year, completely hypothetically.

My first thought was a variation set by Beethoven, but they tend to be longer, and I didn't think that they were demonstrative of Beethoven's Best.
My second thought was Mozart's Fantasia in Cm,K475, but I don't quite appreciate as I ought to yet and it's not a light piece.

Any thoughts?

Mozart's Rondo in a minor, K. 511? It's not flashy, but so lovely—and possibly just right for amount of time you've alloted, too.

I wonder, could Mozart's KV 533 be played alone (without the added third movement)? The two movements are some of my favourite Mozart.

Beethoven's Op. 126 Bagatelles are some his best work.

Beethoven wrote several two movement sonatas. The F#, Op. 78 was one of his favorites and is about 10 minutes long. The Op. 90, in E-minor is about 14 minutes long. I think both are extraordinary and representative of Beethoven's genius.
