Any one can think of a name that's less acadmical for a keyboard literture class that is taughter to adult piano music lovers, not piano major students.

yeah..that sounds great, I would love to name my class that way.....however, I don't think the students will even have the patient to finish the title...

I liked your 2nd choice though....great idea...I am still brainstorming, but so far yours sound great.
