Share "early" recordings of my piano compositions here on Piano World? I'm definitely looking for criticism on these compositions, but the recordings I have prepared were made just before the national competition I entered them into in April, some of which were finished being written just beforehand! (hence the impossibility of having practised them much). They are fairly decent recordings (otherwise I'd have never entered them!), made with my home upright, but now I can already play them much better, and am planning to record them again at my university on a proper grand before I am finally ready to commercially record them at a studio for a publisher I am looking to release them through.

I have also prepared pdfs of the sheet music to go along with the recordings, but there are several places where revisions need to be made in order to maintain accuracy.

I really want to share them with PW but if I were to wait a month or two, I could share much better quality recordings (both in technique and sound quality) as well as totally finished pdfs of the sheet music.

What do you guys think?

Yeah, of course - why do you hesitate? It would be very interesting - because everybody will immediately know you better... and maybe you'll make a few contacts that could do you good.

Really, it'll be very welcome - looking forward!

Kcoul - I posted a few of my recordings here and got about 4 pages of critique! This is a wonderful forum for advice and support.

And we would love to hear your compositions!
