I've been trying 2-3-4-1245 but I'm not sure if that's the best way to approach it. Help?

Hehe, this is a small example of why I don't find Brahms congenial to play. :p
I would try to make 3-4-5 work. It feels awkward, but it's got to be easier to move your pinky from F# to G# than than maneuvering your index finger from D# down to B.
I'm out of my element here, and I could be wrong ... but isn't this the only other option?

What about 123 1-2-4-5. I can't try in on a piano right now, but that sounds like it would work.
