Rachmaninov: Alexeev for Preludes (I'm not sure if it's the same as yours darkangel, but that's how it's spelled on my CD, which I recommend to everyone by the way, it's a double set on Virgin), Horowitz for the concertos
Chopin: Rubenstein for Mazurkas and Waltzes, Horowitz for everything of Chopin's that he does (especially Op 10 #4 and Heroic Polonaise), Argerich for Preludes
Liszt: don't know
Debussy: Richter
Ravel: don't know
Beethoven: Misha Dichter
Mozart: Brendel (for Shubert as well)
Prokofiev: dunno

Bach: Gould or Richter
Scriabin: dunno, the Horowitz I've heard is good though
