I know Jack Winerock and can easily recommend him. I don't know the others, except that I heard Richard Reber in recital many years ago and enjoyed it.

I almost did my masters there. It was a tough decision.

I was lucky enough to hook up with a professor there (now retired) as a kid, and thus have had nice exposure to KU. Jack Winerock, as stated, is a wonderful pianist and person. Sequeira Costa, I believe is still the artist-in-residence and attracts many talented pupils. Richard Reber specializes in 20th-21st century music, and a friend of mine from Curtis, an excellent musician, Bob Koenig, has recently been appointed as a piano/chamber music coach. The facilities, from what I recall, are nice (practice rooms hopefully have been upgraded though). The campus is gorgeous, especially in the fall when the leaves turn, and of course you have KU bball, although under Self, it's not quite what it used to be under ole' Roy.

you could visit me...(it's outside of beautiful Kansas City) the campus is beautiful and there are many partyers as well as serious students.
