I was playing on the 2nd octave from the treble. I noticed when I play at moderate power the hammers at the upper octave (treble section) don't wink. And, when I give a hard blow, I see that the hammers wink slightly. Is it normal?

Is that during a hard blow, I noticed on the upper octave there are few hammers moving very slightly.

The glide or bedding screws on the keyframe need adjusting. One of them is floating off the keybed and when you play hard the balance rail bounces causing the wink in the surrounding hammers. This will rob wuch power from your playing.
