i know of a brand new piano that had a nice bright sound that was all VOICED down to match the softest, dullest octave of the piano. After some playing will the piano sound the way it did before it was voiced? Will that original duller octave (its the octave right below middle C) brighten up in the same way, to the same degree as the rest of the piano? so that the piano is even all throughout the keyboard? thanks for any opinions!

No one can answer your questions precisely. However, it's almost universally true that as pianos are played the felt in the hammers get compacted and the sound will brighten. Only time will tell how the piano will sound a few months from now.
