Hammer Alignment Issue

My question is in regards to sticking hammers on my M&H Model A, delivered to me in September, 2006.
Last January, the hammer for the F# down in the first octave would not return to its at-rest position, rather it would hang up on the adjacent hammer for the G natural and only return after playing the G natural. My dealer promply sent out a technician, pulled the action, and realigned the offending hammer.
Last night, I discovered the same problem, only it has migrated one half step south, the F natural hammer does not return to its at-rest position and hangs up on the F# hammer.
I am about to make another call to my dealer, and am confident the issue will be taken care of under warranty, but I am interested in anyone's opinions as to what is happening and will it be recurring. Fortunately, it is going in the right direction - I only have a few more half steps before the end of the keyboard.
I don't have any humidity control on my piano nor in my piano room though I have been monitoring humidity since October: between low 40s and low 50s. The only recent deviation from my standard practice with my piano was that I was out of town on business earlier this week for a few days and I had the piano closed up (fall board was still open though).
Thanks in advance for your advice.

What is happening is that there are loose hammer flange screws. This could be from humidity changes, or it may have happened when the piano was made. Just ask the tech to snug all of them, and that should solve it.

Thanks BDB.
I thought of humidity but to have the issue reoccur on adjacent hammers had me thinking it might be something else.
