We just had a new baby grand delivered to our newly built home on 9/7. While playing it, I found that about 3 keys in a row are sticking, as in they go down but fail to come back up. Also one is sluggish in its return. Is this something I should be somewhat concerned about or is it just part of the settling in/adjusting to new environment stage? Thanks for the help.

Sticky keys are a normal thing for pianos as they break in. Changes in humidity, combined with sometimes innaccurate pinning or easing of keys at manufacture are the cause. These are easily fixed by a good tech. Call the store and have them send someone out. The key could be too tight at the front rail pin, or the hammer flange could be too tight.
