Recently I've discovered that I like the sound of delaying hitting the 3rd of the chord by 'trilling' around the surrounding notes, hitting a few in rapid succession. However, I just started playing a new piece where I must 'trill around' very softly.

I have no problem doing this playing at "normal" volume, but when I attempt to play the piece softly, it's almost impossible.

Is this something that can be fixed with a simple adjustment, or is this inherent in the action. I'd hate to think it was the latter as I recently had the piano "Stanwoodized".

Thanks in advance,
Derick

Sounds to me like a regulation issue albeit a minor one. Not likely to be due to the Stanwood installation. But a tech should be able to determine this for certain.
