Hi all- Many of you know of my friend Steve Kelly's fight with blood cancer.

Thanks to those who have contributed $$$ to this fight.

I have one more favor to ask. We have decided to auction Steve on E-bay.

A successful auction will raise about $35,000, but what we really want to happen is this:

I am e-mailing about 50 people. I am asking each of you to e-mail at least 10 people from
your address book, and in that e-mail, please include the E-bay link I have pasted below.
Please ask your 10 people to, in turn, send to 10 other people, and keep the chain going.

The hope is that sooner or later, word of this unusual situation will reach someone with
enough clout to make this happen soon for Steve. I'm thinking the Today Show, or Ellen,
or Jay Leno, etc.

Please help.

Our little auction is less than a day old and we have sold 22 cubic inches so far. And I have gotten several e-mails about how many people are forwarding. I hope it's a good ride for the next 10-20 days!

Thanks to all who helped. E-Bay has cancelled this auction; seems I have unknowingly violated one of their policies regarding charitable auctions. Hopefully I can get it straightened out and try again.

I would suggest sourcing a very cheap/cost price piano and selling that on his behalf.

Yes, we are doing that. The upright is almost done, and an old Knabe grand is in progress. We were hoping the Ebay auction would lead to publicity and a big donation from somebody with that kind of money.

But we will keep trying, a little bit at a time.
