I have not yet seen this piano nor had a technician check it out but does 14636 sound like it could be the model number on a 1904 Baldwin upright? Probably 52".

If that is correct, is there anything especially difficult (expensive model specific problem/unavailable part etc) that I should know about?

If you tell me this is not a lemon, I will certainly pay a tuner to thoroughly check it out. thanks

Likely not a model number. Could be a serial number. If so, 1907 under Baldwin numbers. That's about all anyone can tell you without seeing and playing the instrument. This instrument is pretty old if you are looking for a serviceable musical instrument to play for many years.
