An Owner of a digital grand piano:
"We bought the used Story and Clark console because we wanted a real piano action."

A piano salesman:
"We don't prep the Chinese pianos."

A customer of store "X"
"They sent a guy out for the free tuning and he wasn't here more than half an hour."

A former tuner from store "X"
"I was doing those $20.00 warranty tunings for em."

Another store "X" customer:
I kept calling and calling for my free tuning but no one ever came out."

Still Another store "X" customer:
They sent me the wrong bench, and disappeared the next week. I never got my free tuning either."

A customer out in rural Illinois:
"we don't need street signs....We locals know where we are....

Another customer in rural Illinois:
"it's the brown house with the cows...not the brown house with the ducks...pass that one by."

A 17 year old keyboard player:
"I know it's 95 years old, the pins are loose and sticky, the action needs replacing, and the soundboard has lost it's crown, but sometimes I just need to play a real piano instead of my Motif - can you PLEASE tune this for me???"
