I recently bought a 10yr old K-52. I would appreciate it very much if some knowledgeable users here could give me some advice and recommendations. I am in the New York Metro Area.

1) A piano tuner who has extensive experience with K52s;

2) The ongoing rate for tuning an upright piano;

3) A piano refinisher who could do some onsite touch-up work on the piano.

Well, the rate for a tuning here in the Heartland is $80, with an extra $20 if it hasn't been tuned for a really long time, like "years".

I bet it's more expen$ive in Noo Yawk, tho.
