Every once in a while it happens, and if you think the wack jobs in Michigan can't drive, you need to see Houstonians wailing along at 60 on the freeways, only to find that there is a 10 car pileup a half mile later, and cars strewn everywhere. I grew up in New Jersey during a time when it snowed fairly significantly. I've been in Texas now for 30 years and haven't missed the cold. NOW, there are the little details like hurricanes, trop storms and general flooding....tradeoffs I call them.

GRRRRR.
