I'm considering purchasing a 1997 Steinway B. Upon playing it, there is a slight clicking sound in the keys -- starting in the middle C area and ascending upward. The action is a little on the heavy side, but I'm not sure that's related. I'm going to have a tech look at it, but I'm wondering if anyone could let me know what I should be concerned about (if anything). The sound of the piano is actually very good.

Sounds to me like loose hammer heads meaning the glue joint isn't as strong as it should be. But a tech would be able to determine if in fact that's the case.
