I am working on a proposal to redo the action on a 1929 WmKnabe Grand. New hammer, flanges, backchecks, whippens and possibly all the damper felts. I do not believe money is an issue for this client but she still wants options and various price proposals. What type of Renner hammers will work best ? Should I go with new Abels ? I have the Newton Hunt time estimation guide but what would be a realistic estimate for this amount of work ? Client will be gone for 2-3 months but I will have access to the piano or can take the action to my shop.

Allow extra time in addition to the guide.
